5. MUST have at least 10 pics or 3 movies
6. DO NOT submit child porn, bestiality, rape, etc.
7. NO thumbs that lead to HTML pages
8. A Recip link is required
9. LIMIT 2 submissions per domain per day (3 for the partners)
10. DO NOT submit LOW Quality galleries
11. NO hardcore galleries
